THE PROCESS

Engine:

140,000km / 87,500 miles – Fully revised. Oil pan and head removed for inspection. Engine head checked for flatness and fitted with new head bolts and gasket. Compression pressure tested. Engine block freeze plugs replaced. New hoses installed. Injection pump revised. New glow plugs, all new belts, filters, seals, gaskets, water pump, timing belt, etc.

Completely disassembled and rebuilt, axle case sandblasted and painted.

Suspension and power steering

Fully rebuilt with all new bushings, springs, Bilstein shocks, tie rods, etc

Brakes

Fully rebuilt with new master cylinder, hoses, pads, etc

Fully dismantled and all parts prepared and painted individually. All new seals and windows channels. Corrosion preventer cavity wax applied in the doors and bulkhead. External bolts, screws, and washers replaced with stainless steel hardware. New hinges (upgraded to newer version) for all doors and new glasses all around.

Seats and steering wheel covered with leather.

Full Exxmor premium carpet and stainless-steel door thresholds.

Equipped with 9” multimedia, GPS, and rear-view camera.

Brand new 18” Sawtooth alloy wheels with 235/85 -16 BF Goodrich All terrain K02 tires

Electrical completely revised with full LED lights upgrade.

Frame was completed disassembled, with all parts brackets, bolts, etc removed. Then carefully inspect and factory alignment check in a specific jig. Frame was washed out from inside, sand blasted, primed, and painted with special chassis paint. For maximum corrosion protection, a cavity wax was applied internally on the frame.
